What happens if I cancel my subscription? Can I still use AdPresso Pro?
If you cancel your subscription, your license will expire at the end of your current billing period. Once your license expires, you will no longer receive plugin updates (including new features and bug fixes) or have access to support. However, the version of AdPresso Pro you had installed before your license expired will continue to function on the sites where it was activated. You just won't get any further updates or support for that license.
Do I need a separate license for my staging site?
No, you do not. We understand the importance of testing environments. You can use the same license key to activate AdPresso Pro on both your live production site and a corresponding test, staging, or development site concurrently without needing an additional license purchase.
Can I upgrade my AdPresso Pro license
You can easily upgrade your existing license at any time. Whether you want to upgrade from a single-site license to a package covering more sites, or switch to a long-term plan, you will simply pay the difference between the price of your current license and the new license you wish to purchase.
How does licensing work per site, and what's about multisite installations?
Our standard licenses are valid for one single installation. If you are using a multisite, you will need one license for each individual sub-site or blog within your network where you activate and use AdPresso Pro.
To use AdPresso on more than 20 sites, our Unlimited license is most cost-effective. It allows you to activate it on unlimited sites that you own and manage.
Do you offer a lifetime license?
